Every once in a while, I need a little break almost from everything in order to refresh and organize my self as well as to take a look forward in my life.

A lot of things happened during the last three months. Once again, I abandoned an open source application which meant a lot to me but I still hesitate to call it a “dead project”. Of course, as the end of everything in this life triggers something new, a new project is around the block and about to be published but this will be analyzed in a dedicated post.

Oh, and as you may know, I finally switched my hosting provider leaving dreamhost after two years of love and hate.

Let me take this opportunity to wish everyone “Happy New Year”!

According to Cinnamon, the number of visits has tripled during the last day while 7 visitors were online! Initially, I thought that my latest commits made Cinnamon acting weirdly. However, I realized that iacons.net was featured on CSSMania after all, increasing significantly the incoming traffic.

A few days ago iacons.net and wordpress.gr was featured on showcase.gr as well, a CSS gallery dedicated to creations by Greek designers and developers. In fact, wordpress.gr jumped straight to the first place — I am sorry Marios, I did not plan this to happen :)

Of course, all these features are of great importance to me and I would like to thank everyone who helped in any way to promote my work.

I have been working on this for the last few weeks and I was really impatient for this moment. If you have a look around you will notice that some pages are still incomplete … well that are the consequences of an early release. I will try to fill them with content, as soon as possible.

I guess it’s time to introduce my self! My name is Iacovos Constantinou, a 23 years-old guy borned and raised in Cyprus. At the moment of writing, I am a MRes student in “Design and Evaluation of Interactive Systems” . During my free time, I like to capture objects and emotions by Canon A620 digital camera.
